I help busy women struggling with overwhelm to find comfort and calm using Eastern Medicine to resolve disharmony in the body, mind and spirit.
I grew up surrounded by MDs and thought that I would be one someday. It wasn’t until college that I questioned if it was truly the path for me. I applied to acupuncture school without ever receiving a single treatment, moved across the country and learned through my graduate degree how to take care of my body and mind. At 22, I knew that I would rather drink herbs or use nutrition instead of Tylenol, look within for answers instead of external reasons, and see the patient as a whole person. Receiving a holistic education at this age was pivotal to the decisions I would make for myself and my family in the future. It shaped my perception of healing possibilities and how I saw my relationship to the world and my own body.
As a healthcare practitioner, I practice what I preach and encourage my patients to be inspired to live a full and vibrant life. I believe that we can all be healthy if given the proper tools and techniques. Age, gender and genetic predispositions do not have to be an excuse for why we don’t feel our best. If we continue to ignore the signs that our body is telling us, we risk compromising our health instead of addressing the real and underlying issues.
If you are struggling with obstacles on your journey of wellness, I’d love to help you find a clearer path without having to rely on lifelong medication. Having a good foundation and support is essential to lasting health. Schedule your first visit today using the button below!

“The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, in diet and in the cause and prevention of disease.”
